Very conversational and they did not take notes. They each first introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself. The manager asked me team leadership, research, handling bad teammate, involvement in professional organization. Partner asked about my experience. 2 questions caught me off guard: 1. why did you chose your current firm (a small firm as oppposed to join big 4 after graduation) but i think i gave a good and sincere answer; 2. how do you do in teams (this is very simple question but she didn't phrase it in a behavioral way so i was a little suprised)

there weren't any difficult questions. They asked me about my college experience, what I am interested to do, what do I like to do on my free time....etc they just want to see if you going to be a good fit for the firm.
