The final interview was a situational role play. Because of contract I am not allowed to disclose questions asked. All I can say is that it was quite amusing. If you can keep a level head while under pressure and think on your feet, you will pass.

Was really interested in my previous experience so he asked a lot of questions about that.
Tell me a time you encountered a change that you had to overcome
Name a time where you failed at your task. What what it, what was the outcome? What would you do differently?

(During role play session) With regards to deductibles, I didn't realize there'd be an additional payment whenever I got involved in an accident.
The most difficult part was the fact that there was no where near enough time to get anything done.
