Not really difficult or unexpected. All the questions are quite easy to answer.
I was taken through a case scenario about opening a store in a location and competing with other stores nearby, etc. I was in a hurry so if I said anything remotely correct, he stopped me, said I was right, and asked me another question.
Basics of walking through the resume, some basic finance questions (such as walking through the line items of net cash flow), and some scenario questions to determine how you think on your feet as it pertains to finance and leadership. My question was on steps I would take if we were beginning a new project in China.
We've decided to replace seats with lay flat beds, explain how this will effect revenue, costs, and net income.

All questions were very straightforward. I think the difficulty was figuring out what they wanted to hear.
All finance specific questions were rather basic, but I was surprised by one behavioral question. The first part was a normal "tell me about a time when you were in a leadership position" question but the follow-on question asked "how would you handle an employee who failed to meet significant job requirements?"
