We were asked three questions- what we think are important qualities in a fundraiser, why we would be a good fundraiser and we were also asked to make a sales pitch. (it could be anything- it didn't have to be for a charity)

Before you get interviewed, you fill out an application. A couple of questions on the ap were "Why should we hire you?," "Why do you want to work for the company, and "Are there any organizations you would feel uncomfortable fundraising for."
