The entire interview format consisted of "this job involves X... how do you feel about that?" I got the impression that I was the first person they ever interviewed for a position like this.

The first interview was with the recruiter which was a interview of my skills and questions such as "what is a time you had a angry customer where you had to attempt to rectify the situation.."
They make you wait in a waiting room which is full of people filling out forms. I had to wait for about one hour..so even the interview was not on time!!! They had 3 people talking to you at the same time so it's really confusing.

Only question asked was whether I had a copy of my resume. I handed one to recruiter, she took not even a minute glance and just said you are definitely qualified.

That stuff about FSMO and Office 2013. Who cares about the microsoft terminology? FSMO? Really, do I need to have that acronym memorized to perform the functions of help desk? Also, the question about what creature am I in the Aquarium. I don't do well with those. I don't know whats in the Aquarium. I've never been there.
