They asked to rearrange words in order to make some sentences, They also asked how you handle an irate customer.
Why do you want to work with HSN?
Describe how you handle yourself when a customer refuses to calm down or its irate towards you.
How do you deal with an unhappy customer
The main questions asked was your reaction to customers in difficult situations.
None really, the interview was pretty basic Customer Service questions. The person doing the interview, while nice, was very short with me, and didn't give much feedback. She also led me on to believe that I got the job, and said she would be in contact within 5 days. She got in contact with me on day 7(via email) to say they were going to "pursue" other candidates. So here I've been assuming I had a job, to find out 7 days later I don't. Very disappointing and lost a lot of respect for Enterprise.
