There really wasn't anything unexpected or difficult. I've been doing tech support for a really long time so the questions really weren't difficult.
Well, it isn't even difficult, but they want to know what situations you have been in that you had a customer with a problem and how you handled that problem.
I was asked about my background my business and sames experience. Some of the questions were: What do you know about our organization? What do you know about our products and services? Why should we hire you? What can you do for us?
How many years of customer service experience do you have?
N/A Just what shift am I willing to work? Asked me if I had any appointments in the next month b/c I could only do the 1 shift for training for 2 weeks straight Mon-Fri.
