Nothing particularly difficult or unexpected but you must really show enthusiasm for progressing your career - it's vital. The STAR technique is an absolute must - all answers are expected in this format. There are 14 leadership principles by which Amazon live and you would need to have an answer prepared for each of them - it is a really good idea to mention the principles liberally during interview as they are mentioned endlessly during every meeting/interaction in Amazon. It's an endurance test more than anything.

I was asked to describe my HR experience. Every question asked was generic. When I asked questions the recruiter was unable to answer them or did not know the answer. I at one point had to ask if they were still on the call. The overall experience was unprofessional which is disappointing for an organization that is well known and established.
What would you change?
My experience working during a period of transition.
Behavioral based interview - started of with ‘tell me about why you’re looking for work’ then specifics about projects.
