The final assignment consisted of 3 parts: 2 flowcharts, a project management plan, and a presentation deck for a mock client. At the start of the final presentation, I presented these deliverables. The interviewers asked specific questions regarding the deliverables, my approach for the deliverables, and my understanding of partnerships and implementations for large programs.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. Overall, the management team clearly does not prepare for interviews so the questions were basic, chronological questions that followed my resume format.

Was asked if my salary expectations for 80k were firm. I mean let's be honest here, if they're paying less than 80k for director level positions- something's wrong here.
