He asked me to tell me about myself, then there was a situational where he pretended to call me and he acted as a recruiter for employees. He said he was looking for candidates, then switched it up and said, "Never mind I don't need anyone." I had to switch it up and figure out a way to keep his business. It is good to have some kind of call center experience beforehand.
