situation analysis involving deescalation of complains, teamwork, customer service, educating customers, i was sslo asked if i had any child as well as if my spouse was working, i w as asked questions about being a dentist and my dental skills which is not neccessaru for the customer service position

Could I adopt (my word) new vocabulary quickly? Beyond that question, she asked only about my background in work and sales. She does not know or understand sales or selling. The interview rejected my written recommendations from big corporate employers, and sales' statistics.
What attracted me to this job. What I wanted out of it. Where I see myself in 5 years. Wanted me to talk more about myself and my years of experience and how it related to the job outline. Questions they asked were more open and it was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview. They were seeing if I could get along with the team more than what my qualifications were since they were a small group and closely knit.
