User Training and Support: I organized training sessions for users from both the sales and finance departments, providing them with detailed documentation and hands-on practice. I also set up a support system to address any issues they encountered during the transition. Continuous Monitoring and Optimization: After the initial integration, I continuously monitored the system performance and user feedback.
