There were a couple tough questions about specific areas of sales and supply chain that I had a hard time answering during the on site interview. However, by asking the employers to give examples or to better explain their questions it was easier to answer.
They asked questions about my subject knowledge around Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, as well as management and communication styles. We discussed approaches and philosophies of running and improving a manufacturing business.
What kaizens and 5s activities you implemented and how did it affect the production capabilities in your work place?
General interview questions. Nothing different, mostly routine ones.
