This was for a non-traditional high school that follows a project-based learning model. Many of the questions revolved around my teaching philosophy and scenario questions about how to handle difficult situations.
What is it like working in your current school? Why do you want to leave? Why Brampton Manor? How was your lesson and how would you change it? How did the class compare with your class? What have been the results of your classes? What do you know about safeguarding? Whose responsibility is safeguarding?

I was asked to teach a mini-lesson so they could get a sense of how I operate in the classroom.
