There are really no difficult or unexpected questions to this interview. Like I said the upper management just wants to get to know you, see your personality, style, and charm. They are not really asking behavioral questions at this time, or at least my interview didn't. I suppose the diversity question is unexpected... What is diversity and is it important in the work place?...That question is in the model interviews and potentially could show up in a MIT interview if you've never worked for A&F before.
