Has there ever been a time where you had to make a quick decision, and how did you handle it?

What the company offers to the employee was a great thing to hear. I had no difficulty with anything i was asked.
Does it even matter? No answers to any of the questions I answered mattered, apparently.
They asked questions about how to overcome objection with interest rates, people whoa re shopping on the fence, how would you approach clients as they enter the home, and what we knew about Richmond American Homes and the products they offered. Had we had any sales experience prior, etc.
What is a weakness of yours?
Would you rather finish something on time that may need to be redone or fixed or do something right and not finish on time?
