All the behavioral questions are pretty straight forward, but to prepare, you should think about times where you demonstrated leadership, dealt with hard clients, solved a difficult problem.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Describe a time you had to deliver diffiult news.
All questions were behaviorial - describe an experience where you dealt with a difficult customer, had difficulty meeting a deadline, etc.
Tell me about a time when you had to say no to a customer.
What do you know about the role?
Two interviews. The first one was a group interview, with a role-playing exercise, an english test, and an accuracy test. After that a manager asked me to stay behind, since I passed the first phase, and I had an interview with two team leaders. Usual question - talk me about yourself, your skills, one weakness, where do you see yourself in five years, etc. Heard again from them after three days, and they asked me to meet two hiring managers. Again, same old question, they asked me about my previous experiences, especially why I didn't stay long in the same position, where do I see myself in five years, etc. No offer was made, as they hired someone with more experience, but overall it was a good experience. Managers were nice.
