If I were hired, how soon could I start?
They had a structured form with questions. Many of them were about the DTES, how to work is an anti-oppressive and anti-racist way, crisis intervention, and a few situational questions. They didn’t really ask questions about my interests, skills, or past experiences, which was odd.
Why would you like to work for the learning center?
If a student asked you a question you didn’t know how to answer, what would you do?
