It was not a difficult interview process. What it's interesting though?! They never hired anyone for this position.....however, they got their on-boarding plan ready for implementation...
"Tell us about your previous experience." "Do you have experience in this/that/(some specific parts of HR management)?" "Why do you want to work for us?" I can't really describe the questions we discussed because our interview wasn't a typical question-and-answer format. Instead, it was more like a friendly conversation where we got to know each other and see if we clicked. We talked and discussed various topics to get a better sense of each other.

The questions were mostly about my background and what is important for me in working with the team. From the side of the hiring manager there was also an extensive description of the position and the company, which was really helpful to understand Babbel and the role deeply.
