Q: Tell me about a time where you have had to deal with a difficult team member/colleague and how you went about this?
Some of the questions that asked were specific to the role,my previous experience and what value I could add. The questions naturally evolved as opposed to feeling like it was scripted and they were interested in you as a person
Give an example of when you had an unexpected problem. How did you approach the problem, what steps did you take to solve the problem, what was the resolution. Describe a time when you went above and beyond expectations. Pretty much behavioral questions.
