This was very unexpected after the highly polished initial interviews with junior managers who had prepared in depth for the interview.

i was asked to give some details about myself and what brought me to applying for the role. what sort of experience i had within customer service what qualifications i have giving examples of when and where i showed good customer service and dealing with different situations. why i felt i was right for the role.
