The interview questions from HR were fairly standard, all I'd recommend is knowing your resume info and being confident in your answers. Strengths/weaknesses/time you had to resolve a conflict/etc

Watch out for the 60 second paper test right at the end of the day (after meeting with an HR representative)! Your brain will be a bit tired by that point and they want to see how nimble you are at that point. The questions are not difficult, but they were unexpected.
They paired us off to do mock scenarios. Many of the questions included how would you change the way you spoke to two different client members if they have two differing sets of tenure and talent.
HR screen was straight forward, very friendly. Skills assessment killed me, extremely frustrating. I knew at that point the position wasn't a great fit for me, and vice versa.
Nothing unexpected--just too tiring
There is a book called Entertaining Mathematical Puzzles that will give you an idea of the types of questions on the exam that tests your creativity and ability to think outside the box.
