I didn't really feel that they asked any unexpected questions in the initial interview. It was pretty standard informational interview type questions and just offering a lot of information about the job position.

All the questions were pretty basic and expected.
Giving a presentation was an interesting part of the interview.

Case study: you have 3 weeks left until go-live and the hospital informed you they want to add another application and forgot to tell you. You have 30 mins to discuss and come up with options to present to the CIO.
