Behavioral question + Technical. So basically the interviewer did not know what she wanted. She was trying to talk behavioral but getting into technical just for the sake of it. Really worst experience ever. You guys really need to get a better team to interview or at-least give out a test that the candidate can do. If you are hiring a QA person make sure you give him a page to automate or something more sensible. You ask me behavioral question - then expect a TECHNICAL Answer from me. Really ridiculous.
