Do you believe the books of business are equitable? If not, how would you redistribute accounts to make them more equitable? 3. Assuming the following commission schedule, what was the October variable compensation earned by each Account Executive? 4. What % of Account Executives hit quota in October? As a business, we target 60% of Account Executives achieving or exceeding quota and the total team payout at 100% of quota. By how much did we hit or miss the target in October? 5. If we wanted to test smaller book sizes to increase overall productivity of the team (e.g. more touchpoints and higher conversion to activation), how would you propose designing an effective book reshuffle?
