Scenario: Sales reps often find themselves having conversations with customers about pricing. Data shows that reps are uncomfortable approaching these conversations. Their discomfort leads them to jump directly into offering discounts too early in the process. They navigate the conversations without confidence which leads to lost opportunities. You have been asked to build training for reps that will help reduce discounting habits.
