The interview was purely based on the STAR competency based questions. They also asked why I had applied for the position. It was apparent that they have rigid recruitment and interview policies and they had to follow a certain procedure. They did probe some of my answers to allow me an opportunity to provide further detail.
They asked me about my previous companies.
