Does anyone find it strange that when you go to the 2U website, most of the employees look like they just graduated high school or are in their early 20's? I share this only to say that despite being both qualified and educated at UC, I have never been contacted for any of the positions for which I applied. I do not know how anyone manages to get a position at UC but I can only assume that a job seeker MUST know someone to get in the door.
