If admin walked into your room during small group instruction, what would they see? How would you handle a student with a pattern of behavior problems? How do you differentiate for students with exceptionalities? If you had an assessment and found your entire class struggled with reading, what would you do? How do you engage learners with varying needs and interests? How do you engage parents and members of the community?
It is all behavioual questions which you are expected to use the star approach to answer. They will ask why you are interested in the organisation as the first question and then it may be three or four other behavioural questions such as tell me about a time you dealt with a challenge.
