A) Firstly some junior-mid level Developers asking Software DEVELOPMENT-relevant questions, having NOTHING to do with SW QA/Testing activities, then at the end the Co-owner himself B) Co-owner revealed at the end that "Junior/Grad DEVELOPERS are hired as SW Test/QA Engineers, then along the line we MAY switch some of them to actual Developers ... we have no place for a Software Test Manager/Leader/Senior Engineer" (so no need for the interview in the first place) C) Junior-Mid level DEVELOPERS asking questions on experience from the interviewee's CV/background (worldwide-known companies) having to do mostly with Company Processes and Approaches (rather than the interviewee's Achievements and Roles), which were not being understood either (due to their Greece-only/limited workplaces/companies-exposure) D) Co-owner asked MOSTLY personal questions having to do with issues and processes and Tax when operating in another country (i.e. most part of interviewee's extended experience) rather than on-the-role and subject SW QA/Testing questions and candidate's Achievements
