Why would you be good in this role?
Was asked to describe how I would construct various types of portfolios from the ground up. I was given 3 different client types (I believe they were corp, end/fdn, & public fund) and basically was told to give a generalized answer (which, if you work in consulting or portfolio management, you know is kind of an open-ended question that can go a million different ways). Wasn't a tough questions by any means, but I had to let them know that I could be there until the next day describing all of the intricacies inherent to each client type.
Past accomplishments
The questions are all structured and possibly coded, as a result it is very difficult to assess how the interview is progressing
How you will handle the crazy residents when they see their $200-$300 rent increases.
What is the most difficult situation you encounterd and how did you soove the problem?
Hypercare and support? (with no context)
Pay attention to the tenured employee reviews. They are brutal.
Most of the questions were very specific to my background and how it applied to this specific project and role.
