Interview was an easy one and a straightforward one
It wasn't the kind of outdated style of interview where a standard set of 10 most common HR question being asked. It was more of a natural dialogue-based conversation in which they wanted to learn more about the candidates history and answer any questions about the company. This interview format seems to be much more efficient.

Why do you want to work for Bozzuto?
I was asked by the interviewee to sell him a pen. I set up a scenario that I was getting back to the customer on an inquiry for a 6 month supply of pens for his office. Asked a ton of questions and the pain was that apparently pens are "growing legs and running off"... so I said, we cant do much about sticky fingers and lost pens; but we can advertise on them! So I offered free logos on the pens in exchange for an order in the next 24 hours.
How does your military experience relate to consulting requirements
The first 2-3 interviews were more personality based interviews. The questions were scenarios and they want you to explain how you would react to this situations.
