Who are you? Describe your top 3 qualities and your worst 3 Why Insurance? What do you do on your free time? What do you know about the company? Giving its a different industry (if applicable), what 3 characteristics do you believe a State Farm team member should obtain quickly from working here? What 3 characteristics must one walk into the industry already with? Describe your personality If I called your 2 closest friends or associates what would they say about you? Describe your social life When you walk into a party, what do you do? What kind of crowd do you lean towards and why?
What is your management style? How do you analyze markets? pretty standard questions.
State estimation question, control question for supercharger coil (did not know the dynamics). C++ question for simulating the coil.
You have to answer several security questions to get your Secret clearance. Also, you have to have a Bachelors degree if applying for OTS.
