What level of modeling experience?
Technical problems were fairly basic algorithms questions. Binary search, palindrome questions, etc.
For example, How does Zuora define 'Enterprise'? Why is the role vacant? He was candid enough to talk about how some of the Sales team are not performing and that they are working on ways to replace them. When I walked why they are not performing again he could not tell me? I would have expected at least some idea if it was a training issue, high quota's, lack of support. I also asked about some feedback back in March 2019 where someone mentioned the toxic sales culture and leadership in Australia and if anything had changed. Again, couldn't answer any of it.

I was asked to define intersectionality and how I thought it applied to my own life.
Questions were around strategy, innovation, cross-team functionalities, behavioral attributes, analytic, pharmaceutical pricing insights and so on.
