They gave me a written technical task. I had to write a short email to a user who could not access a business-critical application and was seeing “Error 403 Forbidden – you do not have permission to access this resource,” including any clarification questions and next steps. I then had to prioritise four Service Desk tickets (a payroll system not calculating pay correctly, a staff rota issue leaving wards short staffed, a director requesting a report and a routine database copy) by priority and order of work, explaining my reasoning.
