A nurse has reached out through our chat tool and explains that she has not heard back from her Nurse Advocate. How do you respond to this nurse? One of the nurses you have been chatting with is having issues getting their profile set up and does not understand the instructions you have given them. What are your next steps? A nurse has reached out to you asking a question about a specific job. You answer and then they do not reply. What are your next steps, if any? Travel nurses are accustomed to sending their recruiters all their information and letting them handle it. Since Trusted is digital platform, we have our nurses enter in all their information themselves. A nurse of 23 years has reached out stating that entering in all her work history is too much work and wants to know if she can just email us her resume (which we do not accept). How would you respond to this nurse?
