How do you work? Very open and general. How do you manage your time at work and then at home. Showed me that work life balance is important and they first wanted to see what i do outside of work. Can you provide solutions or do you need to point out the problems to get others to provide solutions. They were looking for someone to become the SME then the solution provider. This showed me that I had ownership of my work and I could direct how it is built.
