To give us a sense of your skill set and fit for this team Aside from the submission deadline, the parameters of this assignment are purposefully broad and open to your interpretation and understanding. RECRUITMENT ASSIGNMENT Task 1 Data shows that the best candidates for any role are those referred by current staff members. The same has proven to be true even at ALU. To maximize this sourcing channel, the Talent Acquisition team is keen to launch a Staff Referral Program. Design a transparent and efficient SRP for the University that ➔ Encourages academic and non-academic staff to refer potential candidates for open roles ➔ Tracks referrals in the program ➔ Celebrates the program’s wins Deliverables: ● Present your project plan for the design, launch, and monitoring of the program ● Dashboard to monitor referrals in the program and enable data-driven decisions about it ● Plan to celebrate and encourage staff to engage with the program Task 2 A key aspect of Talent Acquisition mission is supporting hiring managers to identify and attract the best employees with the necessary skills and mindsets at the most efficient use of resources. This begins with crafting the job description and sourcing strategy for each role.
