I was asked a lot about my experience (successes, failures, what I've worked on), as well as more practical questions related to recruitment and sourcing.
Tell me about a unique sourcing strategy that you have used that made a positive candidate experience. In the prep call the R4R said they would focus on 3 parts: Candidate Engagement, Communication, and Initiative. I wouldn't say the questions were highly tailored to these 3 areas but did somewhat relate.
Questions were pretty standard and mostly conversational. They asked about strengths, weaknesses, previous experiences and asked you to present Coursera as you would to a potential recruit.
Why would you apply for Bending Spoons, tell me about situation when you overcome difficulties etc etc. One hour mathematical-logical tests even tho you are applying for Hr or other position
