I had to complete a demo lesson video and upload it, but then no one even mentioned it in the interview. I was interviewed by some students, which was great. I ended up forming great relationships there.

Asked questions about classroom management and students with differing political opinions. They liked my answers about accepting all students and not bringing in politics. They also asked about extra curricular activities I had done.
They suggested I ask them questions; I asked all that I could think to ask but I have no idea how I was supposed to impress with my teaching experience in this context. Very frustrating.
