You have a very irate person. Describe a time you were in a situation with your past jobs on how you handled that situation.
So each people had an average of 30secs to speak but this group discussion soon turned into a repetitive stream of generalized discussion between the loud people , most people didn't even get to speak. i got about 10 secs to speak and was stopped by others. most people has no logic to begin with. so unprofessional and lame. this should have been between 5 people or so with 10mins so everyone could get the chance to share their ideas. this is not how corporate group discussions are held in real world scenario. After the group discussion only 8 people were selected and they were allowed to sit for the written exam next with had maths, english n reason based question. I personally think the written test should have been taken at first to filter out the weak ones, because everyone can shout or be loud but not all are smart.
Strength & weakness
I will not consider any of the steps for the TSO position to be difficult. However, you must do some research on how to respond to life experience/situational questions for the interview.
They asked all situational questions like what would you do if someone was being sexually harassed and you witnessed it?
Tell me about a time when.... (What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome...)
Name a time when you had to keep your composure?
How would you handle a difficult situation if it arise?
When were you in a situation where you had to handle a hostile conflict. How did you handle it and what was the result.
