Most questions were dialog oriented and sought to understand past experience and style. The process unfolded over a month with various meetings and phone chats. I found the HR and recruiting teams supportive and very engaged. Genuinely interested in equipping me as a candidate.

Seriously, this was the only question: "What is your passion?" Can't make this up....if an interviewer is so unprepared or disinterested, just grab a few canned questions from the internet vs. wasting someone's time, especially at this level. I almost expected the interviewer to ask where I wanted to be in 5 years, or describe my strengths and weaknesses.
