The first round with Paul (founder) was Product led which was quite good. Touched several hard product-specific questions. The rest were very generic and felt people interviewing a VP product don't understand the "product" that well.
We talked a lot about my leadership style and about how I've driven change in an organization. Questions about GTM strategy, marketing goals and measurement were key as well.
