Low Salary. Low appreciation A lot of travel in the most of time no balance between work and personal life. Lack of management experience No clear policy for grading people

ABB corporate squeezing new acquisitions like grapes for juice that's not there. Large companies like this have to satisfy share holders meaning there will never be enough profit to treat employee's as a core asset.
