Pros

Super professional co-workers. Product and company well thought of around world and industry in general.

Cons

Many persons behind the scene to support, without getting good support in return. Main customer complaint is inability to contact correct person in company with after sale support.

Good benefits. Bonus the past few years. Flexible time off. Company car can be used for personal use. Travel and see the country.

Cons

Lots of travel! Big corporation feel. Lots of shuffling of regions and management lately. Salary isn't where it should be compared to industry.
