Pros

Good total compensation. Good co-workers.

Cons

No long term vision, only short term profits. Poor career planning. Limited possibility for advancement, limited mobility compared to the European ABB. New open plan office is crap for concentration and productivity. More and more micromanagement. Heavy company structure, too much overhead. Company is run by accountants and shareholders, not engineers.

You can learn robot programming, project execution, project planning man power planning and project management also automation and new technologies

Cons

Nothing big challenge that's all I can say, it's same like all Indian companies culture here is good compared to other companies
