Laxed working enviroment, good workbalance, interesting projects. If you are looking for a international experience ABB has some project abroad especially with in oil and gas.

Cons

Top heavy, some departments has more managers than engineers. Franchise company, ABB is a common name for several companies and they share little if anyting in practice. There is almost no cooperation between the divisions or departments, so don't count on being transfered from one division to another, then you have resign ABB and reapply in another position elsewhere.

Salaries below par. As a consequence the manpower employed recently is not up to the reputation of the company. The company wants to save on the people, but forgets that the people are making a company great.
