Constant pressure from management to improve margins. Cash management - milking projects to improve this quarter's results Poor planning on rolling out of some global initiatives - our supply chain team is not part of a global organization and new processes were rolled out but not properly communicated, the organization was not prepared and proper table of authority was not set up for large purchases & contracts.
