ABB is a company that does very important work, is composed of diverse people who are often a pleasure to work with, and has an abundance of opportunities.

Cons

Very political. Extremely focused on sales and not enough focus/manpower on future development and internal improvement. Has a very hard time keeping up with the times in terms of systems and tools to empower both customers and employees.
