Large multinational company. Cross border opportunities. Opportunity to make a difference. Career opportunities. True multinational cooperation. Feeling of belonging to a multinational organisation as opposed to a local organisation reporting to HQ.

Cons

Sometimes slow to make decisions. Businesses can appear sometimes as fragmented and disconnected. Excess of rules and bureaucracy at country level organisations.
